| Wholesale Banking Operations Department focuses on the operational activities of corporate products viz. Current Accounts, CMS, Trade & Forex,etc. It also focuses on onboarding of customers, portfolio management and services of the corporate customers. | |||||

| As a part of the wholesale banking operations team, Customer Service Officers (BPC) are responsible for providing over-the-counter service to fulfill the needs of existing as well as potential CMS customers. CSO (BPC) are required to handle service requests, process transactions efficiently and within the stipulated time. | |||||
| Key Responsibilities | |||||
Ensure service delivery to CMS customers within the stipulated timelines Generate income from CMS customers Looking to get Placed? Try our Placement Guarantee Plan Process error-free CMS transactions Cross-sell digital solution to customers viz. Paypro/Power Access/CIB Reconcile all CMS Pool a/c within the defined time Resolve customer complaints within the stipulated timelines | |||||
| Qualifications | |||||
Optimal qualification for success on the job is: Graduate in any Discipline MBA/PGDBM in Finance /Systems/Ops Research/ Networking will be preferred | |||||
| Role Proficiencies: | |||||
A successful candidate should possess the following: Knowledge of banking regulations and norms Knowledge of CMS products of the Bank Dealt with CMS Sales/CMS Service Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines Basic knowledge of IT |
