Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

• Service oriented/ Seva-Bhav: Public sensitivity, duty-first mindset
• Basic reading and writing skills, ability to conduct mobile phone surveys
• 10/12th pass
• General knowledge about government schemes
• Strong locals connect with people
• Must possess strong communication, leadership, and community outreach skills.
• Have an understanding of local issues/demography/geography
• Knowledge of local dialect
• No form of political alignment (eg: party karyakarta)

DUTIES:

• Everyday 20 door-to-door household outreach to conduct interviews.
• Total 15-20 wards/villages to be assigned per person, to conduct interviews.
• Downloading and registration of a app.
• Conduct interviews related to income, health, government schemes, political, social, corporate surveys and local issues
• Report to office staff daily
• Product sampling, on-ground project monitoring
• KYC documentation, collection, photos and videos of projects and process.
• Meeting Sarpanch, Gyani vakti, BDOs, GramSadiv etc

• No intimidation or bullying behavior
• No unauthorized collection, or misuse of authority will be tolerated
• Strictly no tobacco/alcohol/gutka/paan/cigarette/bidi indulgence
• No lapse in dedication to duty
