Designation: Customer Support Associate

Process: International Chat

Work Location: Uppal, Hyderabad

Role & responsibilities :

• Provide real-time technical support to international customers through live chat by diagnosing and resolving software, hardware, or system issues.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, explaining solutions in an easy-to-understand way while handling multiple chats.
• Document customer issues and solutions accurately in support systems and escalate complex problems when needed.
• Follow company policies, meet response-time targets, and stay updated on products and technical processes.

Preferred candidate profile

Education: Both Graduates/ Undergraduates

Experience: min 1 year of experience in International Customer Support (Prefer Chat)

SkillSet: Excellent communication in English (Both Written and Verbal - C1 Fluency)

Willing to work in rotational shifts (night)

Immediate Joining

Benefits:

Salary: 30k Take Home Per month (After all deductions)

Position 2:

Designation: Customer Support Associate

Process: International Voice & Semi Voice

Work Location: Hi-Tech City Hyderabad

Role & responsibilities :

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers, providing assistance and resolving queries or issues professionally.
• Communicate clearly and politely, understand customer needs, and offer accurate information or solutions.
• Record call details, follow company policies, and escalate issues when required while meeting service targets.

Preferred candidate profile

Education: Both Graduates/ Undergraduates

Experience: min 1 year of experience in International Customer Support (Prefer Voice)

SkillSet: Excellent communication in English (Both Written and Verbal)

Willing to work in rotational shifts

Experience: min 1 year of experience in Domestic Customer Support (Prefer Only Voice)

SkillSet: Excellent communication in English & Hindi (Both Written and Verbal)
