Process: International Voice (Customer Support - Technical)

Job Location: Hi-Tech City and Uppal

Role & responsibilities

1. Handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers and provide clear technical assistance for product or service issues.
   
2. Troubleshoot and resolve problems efficiently while following company processes and meeting quality standards.
   
3. Maintain accurate call documentation and ensure high customer satisfaction through professional communication.

4. Excellent communication skills are prefered.

5. Freshers with basic knowledge on customer support.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Both Graduates and Undergraduates can apply
• Experience: Both Freshers and Experience
• Experience: min 1 year into Customer Support (International)
• Skill Set: Excellent communication in both Written and Verbal
• Willing to work in night shifts (rotational shifts)
• Immediate Joining

Additional Information:

Package: 3 LPA for Freshers

Up to 4 LPA for Experienced

Working: 5 day work, 2 day off (Rotational)

Transportation: 2 -way cab with in 23KMS (from Uppal)

2- way cab With in 35 KMS F(rom Hi-Tech City)

• Education: Only Graduate
• Experience: Only Freshers
• Skill Set: Excellent communication in both Written and Verbal (Hindi and English)
• Willing to work in rotational shifts
• Immediate Joining

Additional Information:

Package: 16,700 Take Home (After all deductions)

Working: 6 day work, 1 day off (Rotational)

Shift timings : B/w 8AM to 8PM (Rotational - any 9 hrs shift)

• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
