Process: International Voice

Work Location: Hyderabad

Preferred candidate profile:

Education: Both graduates and under graduates are eligible

Experience: 2yrs

- 1yr into International Voice Process

- 1yr into International Technical Support Voice

Skillset: Excellent communication in English

Willing to attend face to face interview

Willing to work in night shifts

Additional Information:

Salary: 5LPA

5 days working 2 days week off

Transportation: 1 way cab within the radius of 25km

• Answer inbound/outbound calls from international customers, understand their issues, and provide clear, polite, and accurate solutions.
• Assist customers with product/service issues, billing queries, technical problems, or general information while ensuring first-call resolution whenever possible.
• Document call details in the system, follow company guidelines, and ensure a positive customer experience by meeting quality and performance targets.
