Hiring for Voice Process Customer Support
- Location: Hyderabad – Rani Gunj
- Qualification: Undergraduate / Graduate
- Languages Required: Telugu + English OR English + Hindi
- Rotational Shifts
- Salary Details:
- 6 Months Customer Support Experience – 17,000 Take Home
- 1 Year Customer Support Experience – 19,000 Take Home
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound customer calls
- Understand customer queries and provide accurate resolutions
- Escalate unresolved issues as per process guidelines
- Ensure high quality customer service and satisfaction
- Maintain productivity and compliance standards
- 5 Days Working + 2 Rotational Week Off
- Training as per company norms
