Hiring International Voice Process (Telecom / ISP Domain)

- We are hiring experienced professionals for an International Voice Process supporting a leading ISP (Internet Service Provider) client in the Telecom domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle international inbound voice calls from telecom customers
  
• Resolve customer issues related to network, connectivity, broadband, Wi-Fi, and service interruptions
  
• Provide accurate troubleshooting and technical guidance
  
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through clear and professional communication
  
• Adhere to quality, compliance, SLA, and productivity standards
  

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 2 years of International Voice Process experience
  
• Minimum 6 months of recent experience in Telecom services
  
• Telecom domain experience is mandatory
  
• Graduates and Undergraduates can apply
  
• Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts
  

Required Skills:

• International Voice Support experience
  
• Telecom Customer Service & Technical Troubleshooting
  
• Strong knowledge of broadband, Wi-Fi, network & connectivity issues
  
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
  
• Strong problem-solving ability
  

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: Up to 5.5 LPA (based on experience)
  
• Transportation: Two-way cab facility (within 20 km radius)
