Working days - 5 days working Sat /sun off
Package -
4LPA- If 1Year Experience into International voice
4.5LPA (If having Technical support and upselling cross selling Experience )
Required Qualification & Experience
Any Grad Or Under Grad .
Expertise Verbal and written skills .
- Min 1yr+experience in International voice proces and Tech Support .
- Should have experience into up selling and Cross Selling
- Delivered real-time technical support for hardware and software (e.g., printer configuration and troubleshooting)
- support via inbound calls .
