Job Description
Hiring: Fraud Analyst Non Voice (Chat Support)
Location: Hyderabad HITEC City
Salary: 4.5 LPA
Shift: Rotational Shifts
Transport: Provided within 25 km radius
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze transactions to identify suspicious or fraudulent activity
- Handle customer interactions through chat support (non-voice process)
- Conduct investigations related to fraud alerts and account irregularities
- Ensure adherence to AML and KYC compliance guidelines
- Maintain accurate documentation of cases and follow escalation procedures
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Banking processes such as:
- AML
- KYC
- Credit Card Operations
- Mortgage Loans
- Excellent written communication skills
- Good typing speed and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
