Job Description
Job Title: International Technical Support Voice Process
Location: Hyderabad
Shift: Night Shift
Working Days: 5 Days (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off)
Cab Facility: 2-Way Cab (Within 35 KM Radius)
Salary Package:
- Freshers – 3 LPA (20,000 Take Home)
- 12+ Months Experience – 4 LPA (32,000 Take Home)
- International Technical Support Experience – 4.5 LPA (37,000 Take Home)
Eligibility:
- Any Graduate / Undergraduate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound international technical support calls
- Provide real-time troubleshooting for hardware and software issues (printer configuration, connectivity issues, etc.)
- Diagnose and resolve customer technical queries efficiently
- Perform upselling and cross-selling when applicable
- Maintain quality and productivity standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of Technical Support experience (for experienced bracket)
- Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting
- Immediate joiners preferred
