Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shifts

Transportation: 2-way cab facility (within 20 km radius)

Job Overview

We are hiring experienced professionals for an International Voice Process in the Telecom domain. The role involves handling inbound customer calls, resolving telecom-related issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle international inbound voice calls for telecom customers
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to network, connectivity, broadband, Wi-Fi, and service interruptions
• Deliver clear, professional, and empathetic communication
• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely resolution
• Adhere to quality, compliance, and productivity standards

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 2 years of International Voice experience
• Minimum 6 months of recent experience in Telecom services
• Telecom domain experience is mandatory
• Graduates and Undergraduates can apply
• Must be willing to work in 24/7 rotational shifts
