SENIOR RECRUITER - Recruitment


Senior Recruiter

Salary: Up to 20,000 per month

Experience: 2 to 7 years in recruitment

Employment Type: Full-time,

Permanent Industry: Human Resources & Recruitment/Staffing

Location: Remote

Mandatory Requirements: Personal computer/laptop, mobile phone, and a stable broadband internet connection.

Role & Responsibilities

As a Senior Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for our clients while mentoring and guiding junior team members. You'll be a key player in ensuring talent needs are met efficiently and accurately.


Recruitment Operations:

* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for clients, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and managing offers.

* Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify qualified candidates.

* Conduct initial screenings and assessments to ensure candidates meet the client's requirements.

* Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.


Team Support & Mentorship:

* Provide guidance and support to junior recruiters and interns, helping them navigate their responsibilities.

* Train and assist team members with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software and other recruitment tools.

* Oversee and guide the team in interview coordination to ensure smooth scheduling and communication.


Specifications

Experience:

* A minimum of 2 year of demonstrable experience in a domestic and international BPO, Banking, or Sales hiring role is mandatory.

* Must have no employment gaps.

* Proven experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment process.

* Prior experience in a senior or mentoring role is highly preferred.


Skills & Attributes:

* Excellent knowledge of various recruitment techniques and sourcing channels.

* Strong written and oral communication and negotiation skills.

* Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.

* Ability to work independently and provide guidance to others.

* Proficient in using CRM and other recruitment-related software.


Training & Compensation:

* A 45-day on-the-job training will be provided.

* Candidates will receive a compensation of 15,000 upon successful completion of the certification process.


Documents Required:

* Mandatory: Offer letters, salary slips, bank statements, and relieving letters from all previous employers.


Education:

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
