Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern will support the growth of AZAPI.AIs OCR and CAPTCHA solutions through day-to-day sales and marketing activities. This full-time, on-site role in Nagpur involves assisting with lead generation, outreach to prospective clients, and follow-up communication via email, phone, and online channels. The intern will help prepare sales presentations, demo materials, and marketing content, as well as gather and organize customer feedback and market insights. Responsibilities include supporting customer service interactions, contributing to social media and digital campaigns, and coordinating with the sales team on pipeline tracking and basic reporting. The role offers hands-on exposure to technology sales and marketing in a collaborative, learning-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with customers and internal teams.
• Customer Service capabilities, with an ability to respond professionally to inquiries and support a positive client experience.
• Interest in Sales, with foundational skills in prospect outreach, relationship building, and basic sales follow-up.
• Ability to assist in Training activities, such as supporting product demos and helping customers understand solution features.
• Exposure to or interest in Sales Management concepts, including pipeline tracking, reporting, and coordination with sales leadership.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Comfort with digital tools, CRM or spreadsheets, and online communication platforms.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and willingness to learn about OCR, CAPTCHA, and related technologies.
• Ability to work on-site in Nagpur, manage time effectively, and collaborate in a team-based environment.
