Chief Executive Officer - FMCG

CEO will be responsible for defining the strategic direction of the group, driving profitable growth, building high-performing leadership teams, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple business verticals.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading consumer goods portfolios and successfully scaling brands across both traditional and digital channels.
Candidates from Kerala or Tamil Nadu preferred. Desirable age below 50 years.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Leadership:
- Define and execute the long-term vision, growth strategy, and operating plans for the company.
- Drive sustainable revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion.
- Evaluate new business opportunities, acquisitions, partnerships, and market entry strategies.
- Build scalable business models and growth roadmap for the company.
P&L Ownership:
- Own the consolidated P&L and financial performance of the group.
- Drive revenue growth, EBITDA improvement, working capital optimization, and cash flow management.
- Establish performance metrics and review mechanisms across businesses.
- Ensure capital is allocated efficiently across growth opportunities.
Consumer Brands & Growth:
- Lead brand-building strategies across packaged foods and / or beverage business.
- Drive innovation pipelines, new product development, and category expansion initiatives.
- Oversee omnichannel growth across D2C, e-commerce, modern trade, general trade, and retail formats.
- Identify emerging consumer trends and translate them into business opportunities.
Leadership & Organization Building:
- Build and mentor a strong leadership team across functions and business units.
- Establish a high-performance culture focused on accountability, ownership, and execution excellence.
- Drive succession planning and leadership development across the organization.
- Act as the primary link between promoters, business leaders, and key stakeholders.
Operations & Execution:
- Ensure operational excellence across manufacturing, sourcing, supply chain, retail operations, and customer experience.
- Drive efficiency, productivity, and scalability across businesses.
