The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding affiliates, managing partner relationships, tracking performance, optimizing campaigns, and driving revenue growth through affiliate and partnership channels..

About the Role

• We are looking for a results-driven Affiliate Marketing Executive to manage and scale our
• affiliate partnerships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new affiliate
• opportunities, maintaining relationships with partners, tracking campaign performance, and
• driving revenue growth through the affiliate channel.

Key Responsibilities

• ● Manage and grow the companys affiliate marketing program.
• ● Identify, onboard, and nurture affiliate partners, publishers, influencers, and media
• partners.
• ● Monitor affiliate performance and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
• ● Track sales, leads, conversions, and commissions through affiliate platforms.
• ● Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to develop promotional assets for
• affiliates.
• ● Analyze affiliate campaign data and prepare performance reports.
• ● Ensure affiliates comply with brand guidelines and promotional policies.
• ● Negotiate commission structures and partnership agreements.
• ● Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging affiliate
• opportunities.

Required Skills

• ● Experience with affiliate marketing platforms such as Impact, CJ Affiliate, ShareASale,
• Partner Stack, Awin, Rakuten, etc.
• ● Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and performance marketing
• concepts.
• ● Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Excel/Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
• ● Knowledge of tracking links, attribution models, UTM parameters, and conversion
• tracking.
• ● Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• ● Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data.
