Insurance Audit Specialist

What role you will play in team: You will work as part of a team conducting audits of various aspects of the insurance operations, focusing on compliance and risk management.

Key responsibility:

• Conducting audits of insurance processes such as underwriting, claims processing, and policy administration.
• Reviewing insurance policies and procedures for compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Identifying and documenting control weaknesses and recommending improvements.
• Preparing detailed audit reports and presenting findings to management.
• Participating in the development and implementation of internal control procedures.
• Staying current on changes in insurance regulations and best practices.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 0-1 year of experience in insurance auditing or a related field.
• Strong understanding of insurance principles and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
