Insurance Audit Specialist

What role you will play in team: You will be responsible for performing audits of insurance operations and processes to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.

What you will do: This includes reviewing policies, procedures, and documentation to identify and assess risks and control weaknesses.

Key responsibility:

• Conducting audits of insurance operations, including underwriting, claims processing, and policy administration.
• Evaluating the design and effectiveness of internal controls.
• Identifying and documenting control deficiencies and recommending improvements.
• Preparing comprehensive audit reports.
• Collaborating with management to address audit findings.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in insurance audit or a related field.
• Strong understanding of insurance principles and regulations (IRDAI).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
