Insurance Audit Specialist

What role you will play in team: You will be a key member of the internal audit team focusing on the insurance operations and compliance of Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance.

What you will do: You will conduct audits of insurance operations, assess risks, and report on findings to senior management.

Key responsibility:

• Conducting audits of insurance processes, including underwriting, claims processing, and policy administration.
• Assessing the effectiveness of internal controls and identifying areas for improvement.
• Evaluating compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Preparing detailed audit reports and presenting findings to management.
• Collaborating with other departments to implement corrective actions.
• Staying updated on changes in insurance regulations and best practices.
• Participating in special projects as needed.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in insurance audit or a related field.
• Strong understanding of insurance operations and regulations.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
