Role Description The Wealth Manager role at Bajaj Capital Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Dhanbad. The Wealth Manager will be responsible for managing client portfolios, providing personalized financial and investment advice, and developing comprehensive financial plans aligned with clients goals and risk profiles. Daily activities include meeting and onboarding clients, assessing their financial needs, recommending suitable products and strategies across investments, insurance, and retirement planning, and regularly reviewing and rebalancing portfolios. The role also involves maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies, preparing reports and presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality advisory services.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong expertise in Financial Planning and Finance to design holistic, goal-based financial strategies.
• Candidates should possess skills in Investment Management and Investments to construct, monitor, and optimize diversified portfolios.
• Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Insurance products to recommend appropriate risk protection and contingency solutions.
• Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust, explain complex concepts clearly, and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Candidates should possess strong analytical and quantitative abilities for risk assessment, product comparison, and performance evaluation.
• Candidates should possess a bachelors degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications such as CFP, CFA, NISM, or IRDA licenses are an advantage.
• Candidates should possess a client-focused mindset, ethical conduct, and the ability to work independently while meeting sales and advisory targets.
