Internal Controls Manager

What role you will play in team: You will lead the development and implementation of internal control frameworks across the organization.

What you will do: You will oversee compliance activities, manage internal audits, and ensure the effectiveness of key controls.

Key responsibility:

• Develop and maintain internal control policies and procedures
• Oversee the execution of internal audits
• Assess the effectiveness of existing controls
• Identify and implement improvements to control processes
• Manage a team of internal auditors
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Required Qualification and Skills:

• CA/MBA (Finance) with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong understanding of internal control frameworks such as COSO
• Experience leading and managing a team
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership and management skills
