Regulatory Compliance Officer

What role you will play in team: You will ensure that Bajaj Energy complies with all relevant regulatory requirements.

What you will do: Monitor regulatory changes, conduct compliance assessments, and develop strategies for ongoing compliance.

Key responsibility:

• Monitor and interpret changes in relevant regulations.
• Conduct compliance assessments across all business operations.
• Develop and implement compliance programs and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Provide advice and guidance to business units on compliance matters.
• Prepare compliance reports for senior management.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in law, environmental science, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in regulatory compliance.
• Strong understanding of relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
