Job Description

Job Purpose

  • Lead the end?to?end core sytem projects delivery for the DMS function, and delivering key tech transformation projects:
  • 1. Advance 2.0
  • 2. Assessing real Contactability of the portfolio & Data Enrichment
  • 3. Infra scale-up across all key DMS platforms
  • 4. Indus platform & workflow optimization
Duties and Responsibilities
  • A – Key Accountabilities for the Role
  • Delivering key tech transformation projects in process automation
  • 1. Advance 2.0
  • 2. Assessing real Contactability of the portfolio & Data Enrichment
  • 3. Infra scale-up across all key DMS platforms
  • 4. Indus platform & workflow optimization
  • Requirements & Solutioning: Convert epics into user stories; draft process/data flows, API specs, and acceptance criteria.
  • Testing & Release Support: Prepare test cases; execute SIT/UAT; manage defects; complete go?live checklists and runbooks.
  • Observability & Stability: Track SLA dashboards; perform root?cause analysis; document fixes and preventive actions.
    •  Documentation & KT: Maintain SOPs, architecture runbooks, release notes, and user guides.
    Key Decisions / Dimensions
  •  Prioritization and sequencing; capacity allocation.
    • Major Challenges
  •  Aligning diverse stakeholder requirements into a single, feasible increment
  •  Managing dependencies across multiple systems/environments
  •  Ensuring quality and compliance within tight release windows
    • Required Qualifications and Experience
    • a) Qualifications
    • Graduate (Engineering preferred); Agile/Scrum, API, or testing certifications desirable.
    • b) Work Experience
    • 6-10 years in platform delivery/BA/testing in BFSI or similar.

    Hands on experience in ZBB, BPR/DPR, Draw.io & process mapping.
