Key Responsibilities
- Business Development:
- Drive sales of general insurance products through NBFC partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with NBFC stakeholders.
- Act as the primary liaison between Bajaj General Insurance and NBFC partners.
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Monitor performance metrics and ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Team Leadership:

- Manage and mentor a team of sales officers and executives.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Compliance & Governance:
- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies.
