Responsibilities
• Lead client engagements and manage technology-focused due diligence activities for middle-market transactions across multiple industries.
• Partner with private equity firms, strategic buyers, and investment banks on buy-side, sell-side, and other M&A-related engagements.
• Analyze complex business and transaction scenarios to identify risks, opportunities, and key operational considerations.
• Manage all phases of engagement delivery, including client communication, analysis, deliverables, and project execution.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and trusted advisory support.
• Collaborate with other service lines and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
• Support business development and networking activities that contribute to practice growth.
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members by providing coaching, guidance, and ongoing support.
• Manage multiple engagements simultaneously while maintaining high-quality client service and timely delivery.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field; Chartered Accountant (CA/ACA) certification preferred.
• Experience leading transaction advisory or due diligence engagements within a professional services environment preferred.
• Strong ability to analyze complex business, operational, and transaction-related issues.
• Prior experience supervising, mentoring, and developing team members.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong commitment to delivering high-quality client service and meeting engagement deadlines.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
• Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Ability and willingness to travel as needed.
