Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter with 12 years of experience to support our talent acquisition efforts on a 1-year contractual basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for junior to mid-level positions
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 12 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Familiarity with job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn)
• Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
