Job Title: Brand Manager - Creative & Growth
About the Role:
The Brand Manager - Creative & Growth will operate at the intersection of creative ideation, content, influencer marketing, and campaign execution. This is a hands-on role focused on building the brand's voice, presence, and relevance across digital platforms through strong creative thinking and execution excellence.
The role requires a balance of creativity, speed, and sound judgment, with comfort in ambiguity and evolving brand narratives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

- Translate business objectives into compelling creative ideas and brand narratives
- Own and shape the brand's content direction across platforms, including formats, tone, and storytelling
- Drive influencer marketing concepts, collaborations, and end-to-end execution
- Collaborate closely with design, video, and performance marketing teams to bring ideas to life
- Contribute copywriting support where required for campaigns, social media, and retention initiatives
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate creative output while maintaining originality, clarity, and brand consistency
