Role Description The Assistant Branch Manager role at Bandhan Bank in Rairangpur is a full-time, on-site position responsible for supporting the Branch Manager in day-to-day branch operations and business growth. The role involves overseeing customer service, supervising front-line staff, monitoring cash operations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies. The Assistant Branch Manager will help drive retail and MSME business, support sales campaigns, manage deposit and loan portfolios, and maintain high service standards for walk-in and existing customers. The position includes reviewing performance metrics, preparing operational reports, coordinating with regional teams, and assisting in resolving customer queries and escalations. The role also entails contributing to team development, process improvements, and local market outreach to enhance the branchs visibility and performance.
