Role Description The Senior Sales Executive role at Bandhan Bank is a full-time, on-site position based in Jajpur. The role involves identifying and acquiring new customers, promoting bank products such as loans, deposit accounts, and other retail banking services, and meeting assigned sales and revenue targets. The Senior Sales Executive will conduct customer visits, build and maintain long-term relationships, and provide guidance on suitable financial products aligned with customer needs. This position also includes coordinating with branch teams, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements, preparing regular sales reports, and contributing to local marketing and outreach initiatives to increase brand visibility.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail banking sales, financial services, or related customer-facing roles, preferably in semi-urban or rural markets.
• Strong customer relationship management abilities, including active listening, needs assessment, and solution-oriented communication.
• Solid negotiation and persuasive selling skills, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Good understanding of banking products such as savings and current accounts, loans, and digital banking services.
• Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and handle multiple customer engagements.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and comfort with mobile and internet banking platforms.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, or a related discipline; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
• Fluency in English and local languages spoken in Jajpur; strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High ethical standards, integrity, and commitment to Bandhan Banks focus on financial inclusion and community impact.
• Willingness to travel locally as required and adapt to dynamic market conditions.
