Global Business Services
Global Business Services delivers Technology and Operations capabilities to Lines of Business and Staff Support Functions of Bank of America through a centrally managed, globally integrated delivery model and globally resilient operations.
Global Business Services is recognized for flawless execution, sound risk management, operational resiliency, operational excellence and innovation.
In India, we are present in five locations and operate as BA Continuum India Private Limited (BACI), a non-banking subsidiary of Bank of America Corporation and the operating company for India operations of Global Business Services.
Process Overview.
Our Mission is to validate strategies & data to check if they are working as designed/intended in compliant with regulations & policies. To incorporate any changes in the strategies in a timely manner and to update the monitoring routines, checking for any gaps in the process and working to close them.

- Implementation of SPRUCE initial line strategy with Pre and Post install Testing
- Support ILA Gen 2 Model development in tandem with Low & Grow strategy.
Responsibilities.
- Launch new Testing in ILA.
- Manage LENS tool and find opportunities for better segmentation and/or line assignments.
- Monitor performance of installed strategy changes and ensure new Products are placed in the right Tiers.
- Act as a secondary analyst for Exposure Management strategy.

Requirements .
- Education. Advanced degree, in Computer science, Engineering, Information technology, or similar, preferred from a premier institute.
- Certifications If Any : Technical certifications in SAS, SQL preferred.
- Experience Range : 10 years of relevant experience using SAS, SQL for data analytics.

- Ability to dive into complex data structures across multiple LOB to quickly acquire in depth knowledge and demonstrate impact in a timely manner.
- 10+ years programming and analytics experience with SAS/SQL, Excel, Access, Word, and Strong analytical background with experience working with large datasets.
- Proficiency in SAS and SQL, including independent data source, manipulation, and analysis.
- Experience translating analytical findings into actionable business recommendations.
- Ability to build and maintain reporting, monitoring, and performance-tracking routines.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
