Global Business Services delivers Technology and Operations capabilities to Lines of Business and Staff Support Functions of Bank of America through a centrally managed, globally integrated delivery model and globally resilient operations. Global Business Services is recognized for flawless execution, sound risk management, operational resiliency, operational excellence and innovation. In India, we are present in five locations and operate as BA Continuum India Private Limited (BACI), a non-banking subsidiary of Bank of America Corporation and the operating company for India operations of Global Business Services.

Process Overview.

Global Information Security (GIS) - Cyber Security Technology, IAM Infrastructure Engineering team is responsible for defining, documenting, and publicizing strategic roadmap for various Identity and Access Management technology stacks for Bank of America. The team looks into the industry best practices in IAM area and works to align them to enterprise needs.

This role involves specialization in Identity and Access Management (IAM) technologies with deeper understanding of SSO and authentication, directory services, . The individual must be able to meet demands of working across multiple work streams, communicate effectively with senior technology leaders and business partners. Organized evidence of compliance and producing documentation will also be key to this role. Tight coordination with the infrastructure technology organization will also be required.

Responsibilities.

• Define, document, and publicize IAM initiatives and projects
• Influence stakeholders to ensure alignment & effective prioritization of product roadmaps in relation to IAM strategy
• Continuously follow and evaluate IAM technology landscape (market/best practice) for gap/opportunity development
• Bridge the gap between various development teams designing solutions and business partners to fully understand and desgin authentication solutions as per their requirements
• Support SSO infrastructure releases
• Package and certify new vendor products for deployment to LLE environments and coordinate with Production support team for Production
• Responsible for supporting SSO product roadmap aliging to GIS poilcies

Requirements.

• Education.B.E. / B Tech / M.E. / M Tech / M.C.A
• Certifications (if any): CISSP Certification
• Experience Range.6-10 years

Foundational skills.

• Strong understanding of existing (LDAP, SAML, WS-., Kerberos) and emerging (OAuth, OpenID Connect, SCIM, FIDO) industry protocols which shape the authentication and identity landscape
• Experience with authentication concepts (Multi-Factor Authentication, Adaptive/Contextual Authentication, Risk-Based Authentication) and the supporting strong authentication technologies (FIDO U2F/UAF/FIDO2, Hard Tokens, Soft Tokens, Biometrics)
• Familiarity with IAM vendor landscape and experience with defining stakeholder requirements and performing assessment.
• Experience with directory server technology and concepts.
• Experience in deployment via Ansible playbooks
• Experience in troubleshooting via splunk

• Prior experience doing product evaluations and documenting requirements for emerging technologies
• Understanding of API design concepts and modern application interaction patterns
• Knowledge across the technology stack such as web protocols, multiple operating systems, hypervisors and distributed systems architecture.
• Proficient in both Windows and Midrange platforms
• Familiarity with deployments and integrations patterns in regards to IAM solutions within the cloud (Azure or AWS)
• Experience deploying large-scale, global projects and programs
• Familiarity with IT security and risk management practices
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent oral/written communication skills
