What role you will play in team: You will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, focusing on identifying and attracting top digital marketing talent. You'll collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.

What you will do: You'll use various sourcing channels to find qualified candidates, conduct interviews, and manage the offer process. You'll also track key metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders.

Key responsibility:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
• Conduct in-person or virtual interviews to assess candidates' skills and experience.
• Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and background checks.
• Track key metrics, such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
• Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
