• Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
• A bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is often preferred.
