HR Business Partner Intern

What role you will play in team: You will support the HR Business Partner team in various activities, gaining valuable experience in a global organization.

Key responsibility:

• Assisting with talent management projects, including performance management and succession planning.
• Supporting employee relations initiatives, including conflict resolution and employee engagement.
• Conducting research on HR best practices and industry trends.
• Preparing presentations and reports.
  
• Assisting with HR data analysis and reporting.
• Supporting the team with administrative tasks as needed.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
