Brand Associate

Barosi is an authentic food brand, celebrating Bharat and India through its products like Ghee, Honey, Oil, Pickles, etc. and stories. We are seeking a creative and passionate Brand Associate to join our dynamic Branding team. You will play a key role in shaping the voice and story of Barosi, ensuring that our content resonates with our target audience and aligns with our brand values.

Key Responsibilities

• Create compelling content for social media, website, email campaigns, blogs, product descriptions, and other marketing materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure the consistent execution of brand guidelines across all channels.
• Monitor and analyze brand performance through key metrics (KPIs), generating reports and insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Support the planning and execution of BTL (Below the Line) marketing activities, including local events, sampling, and community engagement programs.
• Assist in launching and managing brand campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet strategic objectives.
• Assist in planning and creating branding materials, flyers, cards, etc.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends and consumer behavior, using findings to refine brand strategies.
• Oversee packaging design, coordinating with the design team to create packaging that reflects the brands identity and meets consumer needs.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, partners, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of brand activities and packaging requirements.

Qualifications

Looking for someone who has 1-2 years of experience in content creation, social media marketing, or related roles.

Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.

Creative thinker and eager to learn.
