Key Responsibilities

• Idea Generation & Research:
• Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer needs, and gaps in the market.
• Brainstorm and evaluate new product ideas aligned with the companys goals and values.
• Product Design & Development:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (R&D, Marketing, Manufacturing) to conceptualize, design, and develop new products.
• Oversee prototyping and testing to ensure product functionality and quality.
• Project Management:
• Develop and manage timelines, budgets, and resources for new product development projects.
• Track and report progress, addressing challenges and ensuring timely delivery.
• Compliance & Quality Assurance:
• Ensure products meet regulatory and quality standards.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams for consistent product excellence.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Communication:
• Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and vendors to bring products from concept to launch.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for effective product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Analyze post-launch feedback and performance metrics to identify improvement areas.
• Implement enhancements in existing products based on consumer insights.

• Bachelors degree in Product Design, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.
• 3 years of experience.
• Strong market research and data analysis skills.
• Proficiency in managing multiple projects with strict timelines
• Innovative mindset with the ability to solve complex problems.
• Knowledge of product lifecycle management (PLM), design thinking, and prototyping tools
