Job Description
Objectives of the Position:
- On line Technical support for Topcoat at RN site.
- Support in achieving Consumption per car as per agreed values.
- Support to achieve sales volume & value targets for the month
- Line trials, testing & continuous improvement on line.
- Supporting efficient planning of products and services.
- Tracking of all measurables related to consumption, initiate and implement actions to control, as required.
- Coordination between internal agencies as well as customer for successful development & implementation of technologies.
- Regular updates/ information on customer and competition
- Provide proactive technical support, for improvement and technical issues
- Develop lasting customer relationships to identify business trends in and beyond the customer scope or respective portfolio.
- Follow safe work practices as per BASF or customer norms, whichever is stringent.
- Track & maintain color harmony to Master & Add on parts.
- Recommend & support for block closure activities.
- Provide timely reports to customers on line issues.
- Provide monthly report for internal review & for discussion with customer
- Coordinate between Lab & customer to resolve Field complaints, if any.
- Professional Qualification (Degree / PG Diploma) in Paint Technology.
- Working Experience: 4 6 years
- Technical & Professional Knowledge: Able to handle customer independently, Product knowledge, Knowledge of Application techniques, Communication skills
