Essential Requirements :

• Rigor to work in a fast-paced ambiguous environment and can handle large-size blue-collared staff.
• Should have experience of handling a facility which is at least 2 lakh sqft
• Supervise and lead warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and maintaining metrics. -
• Develop and implement efficient processes to optimize workflow, minimize errors, and enhance productivity.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accurate receipt,storage, and dispatch of products.

• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations. - Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for all personnel.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, and logistics to fulfill orders efficiently and resolve any issues if may arise.
• Continuously evaluate warehouse performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
