Senior Manager - Warehouse Operations

Position Background:

Warehouse operations involves people management along with warehouse management. The ideal candidate must have experience working in a large-scale setup, strong communication skills, and the flexibility to work out of different locations. Technical expertise in warehousing would be an added advantage.

What We Are Looking For:

The Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end warehouse operations for the assigned region and overseeing all administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have 8-12 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end warehousing operations across the assigned region.
• Oversee all administrative functions of the warehouse.
• Lead expansion and growth initiatives with effective use of technology in warehousing.
• Manage total warehousing costs and service performance.
• Ensure a safe working environment within the warehouse.
• Plan and submit infrastructure and automation requirements through annual CAPEX planning.
• Lead and manage warehouse teams.
• Maintain warehouse infrastructure through layout planning, equipment inspections, repairs, and replacements.
• Schedule and allocate employees to meet operational requirements.
