What You'll Do

The Specialist will manage EngageCRM portal (Microsoft Dynamics) and governance for BCG's client database. You will keep the data accurate, current and relevant, work with Practice Areas to translate their marketing needs into CRM-led delivery, and establish standardized CRM processes so Marketing runs seamlessly and on time. You will also bring Gen AI into CRM operations, using it to improve data quality, automate routine work and surface sharper insights. This is a data-first role for someone who is comfortable with numbers, owns outcomes and can scale the portfolio.

• CRM management and tracking
• •Lead and track CRM across Marketing and Practice Areas, with clear usage metrics
• •Identify gaps and drive corrective action with senior stakeholders

• Data health and governance
• •Maintain the quality, completeness and relevance of the client database on EngageCRM
• •Run periodic accuracy checks and resolve duplicates, outdated records and gaps
• •Define and enforce data standards, ownership rules and CRM process guidelines
• •Coordinate with senior BCG stakeholders to keep the client database aligned with business priorities
• Gen AI enablement
• •Identify and pilot Gen AI use cases across CRM
• •Build and refine prompts and AI-assisted workflows that cut manual effort and improve turnaround time
• •Apply Gen AI to generate insights from CRM data
• •Ensure AI use follows BCG's data privacy, confidentiality and responsible AI guidelines, with human review of AI-generated outputs
• Process and scale
• •Establish standardized CRM processes for Marketing and ensure all timelines are met
• •Scale the CRM portfolio by improving workflows and building repeatable ways of working
• •Guide and manage skill-based resources

What You'll Bring

• 3-5 years in CRM management, marketing operations, data governance or a related analytics role
• Hands-on experience with a CRM platform; EngageCRM or similar enterprise CRM experience is a plus
• Strong command of data and numbers: advanced Excel, with exposure to reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Experience working with senior stakeholders in a professional services or client-facing environment is preferred
• Clear, credible and confident with senior stakeholders
• Prioritizes well, multitasks and meets timelines in a fast-paced setting
• Self-motivated and a fast learner who takes decisions and implements them independently
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred
