- Working Hour- 12
- Preventive Maintenance: Implement and oversee preventive maintenance programs to avoid equipment failures and extend the lifespan of machinery.
- Corrective Maintenance: Manage troubleshooting and repair processes for mechanical failures and breakdowns.
- Predictive Maintenance: Utilize diagnostic tools and techniques to predict and address potential issues before they lead to significant problems.
- Inspection and Evaluation: Conduct regular inspections of mechanical systems and equipment to assess their condition and performance.
- Upgrades and Improvements: Recommend and oversee upgrades to machinery and systems to improve efficiency, safety, and reliability.
- Inventory Management: Manage spare parts and tools inventory to ensure that essential components are available when needed.
- Safety Standards: Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and standards to protect personnel and equipment.
