JOB DESCRIPTION

• Team Management: Leading, training, and supervising the maintenance team, including technicians and support staff.
• Performance Evaluation: Conducting performance evaluations, providing feedback, and implementing improvement plans for the maintenance team.
• Preventive Maintenance: Developing and implementing preventive maintenance plans to ensure equipment and systems operate efficiently.
• Work Scheduling: Scheduling maintenance activities to minimize disruption to operations and ensure timely completion.
• Inspections and Repairs: Conducting regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and ensure timely repairs.
• System Maintenance: Overseeing the maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems.
