About the Role:

We are looking for a high-ownership Product Manager to join our growing product team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, enjoys solving complex customer problems, and is comfortable taking ownership from problem discovery through execution.

You will work closely with engineering, design, sales, customer-facing teams, and customers to define and deliver products that create meaningful business impact. Since this role involves regular interaction with US-based customers and stakeholders, strong communication skills and comfort working US hours are essential.

What You will Do:

• Own product initiatives end-to-end, from understanding customer problems and defining requirements to execution and launch.
• Work closely with US-based customers to understand their needs, pain points, and feedback, and translate these into actionable product opportunities.
• Partner with Engineering and Design to define product requirements, priorities, roadmaps, and execution plans.
• Make informed product decisions using customer insights, data, market research, and business context.
• Drive cross-functional teams toward clear outcomes and ensure initiatives move from ambiguity to execution.
• Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and other go-to-market teams to understand customer needs and support product adoption.
• Prioritize competing requirements and make trade-offs based on customer impact and business value.
• Define success metrics and use data and customer feedback to continuously improve the product.
• Communicate product strategy, priorities, and progress clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What We are Looking For:

• 3 - 5 years of Product Management experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS/software company.
• Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment where you have had significant ownership and operated with a high degree of autonomy.
• Strong understanding of B2B products and the ability to think deeply about customer problems and business use cases.
• Proven ability to take ownership and drive projects from problem definition - prioritization - execution - launch.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable speaking directly with US-based customers and senior stakeholders.
• Strong product judgment and ability to make decisions in ambiguous situations.
• Ability to work effectively with Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success, and other cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working US hours and collaborating with globally distributed teams.
