Marketing Associate – Operations & Events

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a proactive and organised Marketing Associate to join BeFiScs marketing team in a hands-on execution and coordination role. You will work across marketing operations, event management, content execution, and internal branding — keeping campaigns, timelines, and cross-functional workflows running smoothly. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate who is ambitious, detail-oriented, and eager to build broad marketing expertise in a fast-growing B2B fintech environment.

• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely execution of marketing deliverables
• Maintain campaign trackers, timelines, and marketing calendars
• Support planning and execution of industry events, exhibitions, and webinars — including vendor coordination, logistics, and on-ground support
• Manage event collateral, travel, accommodation, and post-event reporting
• Assist in social media publishing, content uploads, and campaign coordination across digital platforms
• Coordinate with design, content, and sales teams for smooth campaign execution
• Support internal, employer branding, and employee engagement initiatives
• Conduct market, competitor, and event research as required
• Maintain vendor databases, coordinate quotations, and support documentation and reporting workflows
• REQUIREMENTS
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; exposure to tools like Notion, Trello is a plus
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and coordinating with external vendors and agencies
• Prior internship experience in marketing, events, or operations is an advantage
