Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage industrial coating projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication, understanding their needs, and providing solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities, resolve issues, and improve processes.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, provide technical support, and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 6-11 years of experience in industrial coatings (powder coating) industry or related field.
- Strong knowledge of surface treatment technologies such as electroplating, phosphating etc. .
- Proven track record in B2B sales or techno-commercial sales within the industrial sector.
