Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage primary sales of construction chemicals to institutional customers, including government agencies and large-scale projects.
- Develop secondary sales channels through retail partnerships and distributor networks.
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers in the industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Handling Key Accounts and maintaining strong relationship
- Identifying and Onboarding of new project sites and Key Accounts

- 6-10 years of experience in B2B or institutional sales, in the construction chemicals industry.
- Strong understanding of waterproofing solutions, epoxy, grout and other specialty chemical products used in construction projects.
- Excellent communication skills for effective relationship-building with clients at all levels.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; strong organizational skills for managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
