Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage retail sales performance across multiple channels, including primary and secondary sales.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue growth through effective channel management.
- Build strong relationships with key customers, dealers, and distributors to drive business expansion.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-4 years of experience in Retail Sales or related field (preferably in the building material industry).
