Job Description

    Role Overview:
    You will be responsible for enhancing the accounting and financial processes through collaboration with the Finance Community. Your role will involve project management, identifying best practices, coordinating system development and automation, conducting user testing, implementing new processes, and supporting users during the initial implementation phase. Additionally, you will be responsible for training the Accounts and Finance community, updating financial manuals, and accounting process guidelines.
    Key Responsibilities:
    - Study the process across the business units to identify and establish best practices in Accounting and Financial processes
    - Identify areas of system development and automation and prepare change request/functional specification documents
    - Coordinate with ERP Software on development requirements and ensure timely updates on project progress
    - Conduct thorough User Testing and coordinate with users for feedback
    - Implement new process development and support users during the initial implementation phase
    - Coordinate and align processes between GSC and IPC as per the group's standard procedures
    - Conduct training sessions for the Accounts and Finance community and prepare relevant training materials
    - Update financial manuals and accounting process guidelines

    Qualifications Required:
    - University degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent
    - Master's Degree in Business/Accounting/Finance or equivalent would be desirable
    - Professionally qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CPA) would be an advantage
