The Key Account Manager will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and expanding long-term strategic relationships with high-value wholesale channel partners (e.g., Distributors, Large Dealers, Aggregator, FMCG Exporter) across Jammu & Kashmir. This role is central to driving B2B revenue and market penetration by formulating and executing robust channel sales strategi

  • mer).Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive annual and quarterly business plans for each key channel partner, defining clear growth strategies, product focus, and market expan
  • sion.New Channel Acquisition: Identify, evaluate, and onboard new high-potential wholesale partners (Distributors, Super Stockists, etc.) to expand market reach in both urban and rural markets, particularly in Uttarak
  • hand.Product Penetration: Drive the placement and sales of the companys full product portfolio within the key accounts and their respective downstream netw

  • ementPartnership Management: Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for all key accounts, fostering strong, long-lasting, and mutually beneficial relationships at senior management le
  • vels.Conflict Resolution: Proactively manage and resolve complex commercial issues, conflicts, and operational challenges between the company and its channel part
  • ners.Performance Review: Conduct regular (monthly/quarterly) business reviews with partners, analyzing performance, market trends, and jointly developing corrective action plans where neces
