Betterbeans Consultants is looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager with solid experience in IT recruitment and strong command of Naukri Enterprises, LinkedIn Recruitment, Boolean searches, and AI-based sourcing platforms.

What Youll Do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across IT and Financial domains, including high-value clients and high-net-worth salaried roles.
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve monthly self and team targets.
• Strengthen client relationshipsgather precise feedback, anticipate requirements, and maintain delivery quality.
• Review and qualify candidates sourced by team members, ensuring quality control and timeline adherence.
• Drive advanced sourcing through Naukri Enterprises (Resdex), LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and AI recruitment tools.
• Expertly manage recruitment lifecycle using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for seamless candidate management and reporting.
• Generate management dashboards and analytics reports through ATS and recruitment data.
• Maintain ISO and information security compliance, protecting Betterbeans recruitment data and intellectual property.
• Foster a performance-driven and process-focused work culture.

What Were Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in IT.
• Proven ability to handle niche and high-value recruitment mandates.
• Expertise in Naukri Enterprises Resdex, LinkedIn Recruitment, Boolean searches, and leading AI recruitment platforms.
• Strong understanding of ATS-based recruitment management and dashboard reporting.
• Excellent client relationship skills and ability to close positions against tight timelines.
• Process-driven professional with understanding of ISO and information security standards.
• High performer with team orientation, ownership mindset, and consistency in achieving targets.
