Deputy Manager - Influencer Marketing

We are seeking a Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence across platforms.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience managing social media accounts, running influencer marketing campaigns, and executing paid social strategies for consumer/D2C brands.

• This role requires someone who can blend creativity with data-driven decision-making, manage
• external vendors and agencies, and stay on top of internet culture to keep the brand relevant
• and engaging.
• Responsibilities:
• ● Create and execute social media strategies and campaigns across Instagram,
• Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, Snapchat, and Threads
• ● Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with brand marketing goals, product
• launches, and cultural moments
• ● Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns, including budgeting, targeting,
• creative testing, and performance tracking
• ● Lead influencer marketing efforts - identifying, onboarding, and managing
• influencer/creator partnerships that drive reach and engagement
• ● Onboard and manage vendors and agencies supporting content, production, and
• campaign execution; ensure timely delivery and quality control
• ● Track trending topics, memes, and cultural conversations daily, and translate them into
• timely, on-brand content opportunities
• ● Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure
• consistent brand messaging
• ● Engage with the community - respond to comments/DMs, build relationships, and
• manage brand reputation online
• ● Monitor social channels for brand mentions and handle escalations or PR-sensitive
• conversations appropriately
• ● Analyze performance metrics across organic and paid social, and present regular reports
• with actionable insights
• ● Identify and execute brand collaboration opportunities to expand reach and cultural
• relevance
• ● Stay current with platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging social media
• trends/tools
• ● Support broader marketing initiatives as needed
• Requirements:
• ● 3-5 years of experience managing social media accounts and campaigns for
• consumer-facing brands
• ● Hands-on experience running Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns, including
• budget management and performance optimization
• ● Proven experience in influencer marketing from strategy to execution and ROI tracking
• ● Experience managing vendors/agencies and coordinating external teams
• ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• ● Strong understanding of internet culture, trending topics, humor, and meme formats
• ● Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced D2C environment
• ● Working knowledge of social media analytics tools and reporting
• ● Creative, proactive mindset with the ability to spot cultural moments before they peak
